Tech Repair will be closed on the specified dates for public holidays and scheduled annual leave. Consequently, please be advised that emails and bookings will not be addressed during this period. Thank you for your understanding.
Annual Leave:
Given that the company operates with a dual leadership structure, we will be entirely closed during this period. We will endeavour to respond to emails that are not associated with device bookings.
Christmas Closure:
Our offices will be closed from 22nd December until 2nd January 2026. All repairs scheduled prior to 22nd December will be completed and returned to clients accordingly. Please note that no repairs can be booked after 15th December. This procedure will be consistent every year.
New tariffs upwards of 25% are expected to be introduced by the United States on electronics imported from China. These changes include components such as replacement parts, which are commonly used throughout the tech repair industry.
Although Tech Repair is based in the UK, many key suppliers operate out of the U.S., meaning the effects of these tariffs are already being felt. If part manufacturers are unable to reach a resolution or exemption, price increases of approximately 25–50% may be necessary to offset rising supply costs.
